Thread: Barkley Today

The government doesn’t want to admit that the Asian Carp problem has been around for longer than they will ever admit.
They DID sit on their hands and now trying to get the commercial fisherman to do their jobs.
Grants and other funding are great however most of that money is paid for things that help in no way. Meetings, more meetings, even more meetings to schedule next meeting, overtime,studies, etc.
I am in no way anti-government but I’ve been around long enough to know how it operates.
Can anybody say ”Close the gate after the cows get out”.
They dropped the ball on this one and I’m sad to say it’s too late.
Just my 2 cents,
