They used to make them but I think they have been divided up by region's so to get what you want you have to but two different regions on navionics. Some of you guys that are more up to date correct this if it is not so.
I have purchased a lowrance elite ti2 12 an was having trouble on finding the correct sd card does anyone know if they make one that has ky Tennessee Alabama an Mississippi all on the same card?

I run two lawrance units - elite 9 ti ( just not the ti2 like yours).
I have the navionics+ east which has ky in it. Tenn. is a state that is included for some reason in the east and south. I had two nationwide navionics+ chips but lost them. If I were to buy again I would spend the extra $50.00 and get all regions/USA version.
I like the navionics+ I also have the cmap insight pro, which frankly sucks. the contours are 10-15 feet whereas the registered navionics card are 1 foot. With that being said I just purchased a garmin unit for up front also while fishing crappie and the map that came with my uhd93sv is 10 times better than navionics+. I hope that helps, nutshell spring the extra $50 and get all states. if you are in ky and want to go anywhere south of tenn, you will need it.
