    Default Very disappointed in grizzly jig


    Customer service is really bad. I ordered wrong parts that’s my fault but I have been sending emails since Monday of last week, no response. Yes everyone is short handed but they were Johnny on the spot when time to take my money glad it only cost me 40 bucks to find out who they were .

    That does not sound like them at all.
    I do know they are transitioning into a new building at some point and time and that could explain the delays.
    I'd suggest giving them a call.

    Definitely not Grizzlys normal mode!
    They have great customer service for me.
    I too would suggest giving them a call.

    I have had 3 rod tips ordered since last monday, nothing yet. They r not moving, don't have roof on new building yet. Just slow for whatever reason.

    I haven't had the best experiences with grizzly myself I have ordered some stuff and it has been slow lately but a couple times I have called and ordered stuff and it never showed up and they have no idea where my order was.

    At least they didn't tell you to just make it work....seems to be the answer from a lot of places here lately.

    I ordered six rods. One of them broke first time I used it but not from abuse. Called them about it and said it was past their warranty period because I didn't use it for about a month.

    Manufacturer was really hard to deal with. Did not get the right replacement rod back.

    Lesson learned do not order from grizzly jig and stick to BnM or southern crappie.
