    Default Grizzly Jig


    I recently placed a order for the adjustment disc on my rod holders. Took nearly a week to get them and I only live an hour away. Very slow processing and shipping.

    Shipping issues, blame goes to the postal system! I placed a order & it went to St Louis to Oxford, MS, to Charlotte, NC, to Knoxville,TN to Bartlett, TN where I live. Ridiculous! Took over a week to get to me about 90 miles from Grizzly.

    You are right....i had one that went back and forth from Memphis, TN to SouthHaven, MS three times during the trip.
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    I have always gotten great service from "Grizzly jigs ". I would think the Shipping is somewhat off track and they may have reduced staff as well . We have gotten spoiled over the years .

    I will add that I have ordered a lot of stuff from Grizzly Jig over the years and never had the slightest trouble with them. Sorry for your problems.

    I hate when anything I order from anywhere gets put on USPS. I’d pay a little extra for it to be UPS or FedEx.

    The Post Office is constantly being bailed out and raising fee's. They effectively run a monopoly ! Same way with the railroad !

    I’ve dealt with Louie for years and he’s always been true to his word, but the shipping has always been very slow. I hate to hear that about the customer service, I’ve always had good luck with them.

    Never had a bad experience with grizzly jigs. Have ordered from them recently and was told they were filling more orders and my order would not ship for couple weeks. This is an common occurence everywhere I have ordered from due to the virus. They are one of the best crappie stores I have dealt with. Every now and then we all have bad experience with ordering . Call them as customer service has always helped with any issues I have had.

    Have always had excellent service from Grizzly.I ordered a bunch of Arkie cranks last Sat. -They mentioned current conditions would cause a delay.Told them I understood...They were delivered a couple days ago.
    I've bought from them for years and will continue to give Louie and Wade my business. I like Grizzly Jig and understand their business is in transition. That's understandable .
