    Default Ky Lake traffic?

Just a curiosity. How much boat traffic has been on KY Lake/Barkley the last few weeks? This would normally be peak season and great weather. I was wondering what it’s like for those of you that have been on the lake as of recent?

Lake isn't too bad, but the remaining open boat ramps are heavily congested, so take a lot of patience.

Blood River has had several boats, but not
as many as last couple years from what I’ve seen.

Artcarney, to help everyone on the site, what ramps/landings are closed for use at this time?. I think everyone would like to know. Would be a shame to get to an area that was closed and you didn't know you could put your boat in. This information may be out there, but I couldn't find it.

The out-of-state people need to stay in their own state! The governor said all out-of-state people must stay out, and if they must come down then they need to be quarantined for 14 days.

The governor is having state police collect all license plates from those attending mass church services this weekend, which will be turned in to the health department for verification of a 14 day quarantine. I think they should be checking the boat ramps for out-of-state license plates too and doing the same thing. Out-of-state people traveling down to KY Lake is defeating the whole purpose of this quarantine stuff that we're doing.

LBL ramps that are open are listed on this page: Alerts - Land Between the Lakes

The ramps like Big Bear, Buckhorn, and Rocky Point I believe are still open, however the Marshall Co. parks dept. mentioned they may have to close them because of stupid people fishing off the courtesy dock and violating social distancing rules.

Can anyone confirm the status of the ramp at KY Dam Marina? I think it's slated to be closed as well due to morons that won't get off of the courtesy dock. I think about any ramp with a courtesy dock will more than likely close if it hasn't already.

    Default Ky Lake traffic?

KDM was still open as of tonight. I swung by on the way to the house. The park rangers are closing off the entrances to all other park entrances with cones and caution tape to include the village, convention center, beach, etc from 7pm-7am due to people not abiding by appropriate social distancing guidelines and/or using common sense. Many people are treating this as an extended vacation and we’re all going to be penalized for the actions of a few geniuses.
