    Default Short mess of redear

The redear might do a rare double spawn this year...very interesting situation lining up.

Sure seems early for those dudes, but the water temp is there! I believe around 65 to 68 is when it starts getting going good. Did they have any eggs, or were those males searching for bedding areas?

Sure wish the lake elevation would stay up!

These were all males. I reckon they were searching for a nesting area, not sure. I caught fish in this exact spot last year at the tail end of May. This year, it's literally 6 weeks earlier!
