Thread: Rough River Lake

Went to Rough River Lake over the weekend and only managed a handfull of keepers. I hit my normal honey holes and found them loaded with small fish but nothing over 9". Finally managed to find a few in shallow water but they where barely over 9" and could only manage 1-2 per spot, scanned the mouth of the creeks and main river channels and came up with nothing. Not sure where all the good fish have gone but hopefully will be able to get on them later this week.

I fished it Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we caught a lot of fish but no quality/size, Sunday we didnt catch as many but much better quality size. Gonna try it again Thursday or Friday of this week and see if can find the big girls.
