I found TVA's regular target elevation levels for April, which explains the recent drawdown:
4/1 - 355'
4/7 - 356'
4/13 - 357'
4/20 - 358'
4/27 - 359'
They hurt these lakes so bad when they draw it down, particularly in the spring.
