Always have and always will! Proof is in the history of how the corp. has control the lakes for over 50 years.

We have the perfect storm setting up to destroy another spawn. I’m starting to think TVA enjoys destroying fishing lakes.

We going tomorrow sometime. Put the boat in while water is still up. Might stop and get Brenda some minners. Might spend a nite or two.

Just saw a 5 day prediction on the NOAA site indicating they may stop and hold around 358'.I am surprised but would be great news.

I found TVA's regular target elevation levels for April, which explains the recent drawdown:

    4/1 - 355'
    4/7 - 356'
    4/13 - 357'
    4/20 - 358'
    4/27 - 359'

They hurt these lakes so bad when they draw it down, particularly in the spring.

It is what it is. Their primary objective is flood control/management. Some of our worst flooding events have been in May, so we're lucky that they even have it at summer pool in May.
