    They apparently jumped the gun on their press release, and issued the followup statement saying that RAMPS ARE NOT CLOSED.

    Well that's just JIM FREAKIN DANDY

    Guess I'll have to contact the COE & get my $50 back for the picnic shelter rental for our Spring Fling @ Green ... maybe even have to cancel the whole event.

    I just talked to the Louisville District COE (Green River Lake) and was told that all their ramps are closed ... but there are exceptions. The COE ramp at Holmes Bend Marina WILL NOT BE CLOSED ... but will be open to use "at your own risk". That was the only one I asked about, as I was in the process of getting a refund for the day use shelter where we were to have had our Spring Fling event.

    With that in mind ... you may want to contact them and ask about ramps on other lakes under their control.
