Just saw this. I think I've wished you a Merry Christmas on social media several times.
For those of you who don't know the story; Kenny and I met during an argument about female redears on here. We had a difference of opinion and I expressed mine in my then usual caustic manner. We came to terms and agreed to disagree. Later, when he had a tragedy in his family, I offered him the use of my boat during his annual spring trip to KY Lake. We ended up longlining one day of his trip and have been Brothers from different Mothers since. We have shared boats several times and I quickly learned Kenny is by far the best fisherman I've ever shared a boat with---Hands Down, no competition!! I have become friends with what I call his "posse" , his Brother Rich, Tim (TO)(BrushpileOdem here), Lenny, and Big Mike. They are all great fishermen and even better people.
TO'S wife, Mavis, was in dire need of a heart transplant and I put her on my Sunday school prayer list. Lots of prayers were lifted up for her and her Doctors by a bunch of KY Rednecks who had never met her. She got her transplant and is doing great. When we were in Ohio for the walleye trip when the picture above was made, Mavis and Tim drove a couple of hours north from their home to personally thank us and hug our necks. That's what friends are for!
