That happens sometimes! It used to really bother me when that happened but it’s just ones those things cut er out and retie and keep on !

That's why I wear the clippers around my neck, even if I don't have several lines tangled I cut the line to get the slime off it after catching a cat. Stripe or hybrids will get the lines tangled up pretty bad also.

M R. Yep reminds me of a trip to Okeechobee when we had a gar hooked up with 15 poles over the side fishing for crappie at night. That gar got about 10 of the lines tied up in about 30 seconds and we were watching.
caught 2 Sunday. One broke a rod.
