Hey folks, this is Steve Spitzer, a.k.a kyfishman, and I want to tell you about my new fishing guide service called Fishing Creek Ventures. I have my Captain's credentials from the U.S. Coast Guard and my commercial guide license thru Ky Fish and Wildlife. My guide service offers three options: 1) I will guide serious crappie fishermen and those wanting to learn more about the sport on day trips on Lake Cumberland, Dale Hollow Lake and Green River Lake. While I employ several methods of crappie fishing, my specialty is spider-rigging or slow trolling (particularly on Dale Hollow Lake and Green River Lake) where I utilize one of two boats: A 188C Ranger or my new 22ft Lowe Deck Boat. 2) I also offer "Family Fishing Trips" using the Deck Boat on Lake Cumberland. These 4 hr trips are for up to 2 adults and up to 4 young folks. We go out and fish for whatever's biting and just have a blast. I love to teach young people how to fish! 3)I also offer Sunset Cruises on the Deck Boat of Lake Cumberland. Hope you will tell your family and friends about me.
