    Default Bubble/sound barrier

Last summer we were told it would be put in the fall. Then they said spring now it’s June. Does anybody know what’s going on ?

I fished below the dam for a couple hours after work tonight. No sign of any work being done.

When federal money is involved, it's always a mess, but then again it could be due to the unusually high water we've had below the dam since October.

Last I heard they keep coming up with ideas/modifications to help deal with the debris that will be coming through the locks. Disturbance by debris and barge traffic are the two biggest issues they will be facing with it.

That sounds reasonable. But a update would be great! Information always helps keep people happy. Far as I know they had decided not to do it !

Guberment at work. Kinda oxymoron. Just sayin'. Not trying to be political! Wish them luck. Git'r done and block those carp from spreading.

Adam and the crew do a great job, they put out a lot of info and videos. I'm very pleased with their efforts.

If you want info, just go look for it. There are several pages on Facebook that put out regular updates, like the KDFWR Western Kentucky Fisheries page, and the War on Carp page. You can always call Adam or Jessica for the latest and they'll be happy to talk to you.

KDFWR has a whole web page dedicated to Asian Carp info, even has recipes for them on there: Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife
    Asian Carp Information
