Default Plastic Shopping Cart Crappie Beds?

Saw where I could get 10 plastic shopping carts for $1

I wonder if they would easily sink and make decent crappie beds? Being plastic, lures would be less likely to snag on them.

There's like 80+ of them........80 carts for $8 seems like a great deal, but don't know what I'd do with them all! Ha ha ha!

Northforker, I'm with you. If you could have found a way to tie 3-5 of these together with a couple concrete blocks for an anchor in an area, it would have to attract crappie and panfish and probably some of the green carp. Sorry you missed out on the 'deal'.
