Hey guys. I’m sure this subject has been beat to death. But just the same, can anybody tell us what Ramps are open at cland currently or what levels some of the Ramps will open? It’s tough info to find, and not being local or very familiar with this situation, we basically know nothing and would have to just drive to them and check. Any help is appreciated.

You can for sure launch at Spring Water It is between the mouth of Fishing Creek and White Oak Creek on the Pulaski Co side Go through Nancy to get to it.Originally Posted by Retired2Fish

Yes, Cumberland Point is open for launching. So is Slate Branch, though you are not launching there on the ramp. YOu are launching on the steep road leading down to the ramp. The county put up signs warning of high water as you drive into the parking lot, but people are simply going around the signs. Boats, including pontoon boats, have been launching here every day for the last three weeks. Yesterday I was told by one of the local bait store owners that guys are catching bass up in the headwaters of various creeks running into the lake. Water there is much warmer (54 degrees he said) and clearer. Crappie should be easing up in there as well.

Has anybody heard of any boat ramps opening up in the fishing creek area? Only one I know of is slate branch.
Any info would be helpful.

As of Sunday, the Fishing Creek ramp across from the county park was still closed. Dont know if it has opened yet.

As of friday fishing creek rec area ramp is open. But the dock hasnt been installed as of yet.

As most of locals may already know. The public ramp at pulaski park is open. Also waitsboro ramp is opening this comn friday. Just lettn everybody know, cause its gettn time to catch a limit. Good luck and be safe
