    Pappy has got it narrowed down to a couple of weeks. It has always been at holmes bend. I think he will be posting something shortly.....

    It IS "on" & it will be at Green River Lake (Holmes Bend Marina) .... date is probably going to be Sat May 4th for the "main event" (fish fry/prizes) UNLESS we cannot secure the picnic pavilion for that day. If that should be the case, I will try and get the pavilion for Apr 27th (weekend prior). If both of those dates should fail ... then there may have to be a "fee" collected in order for us to rent the Meeting Room underneath the new suites building.

    And as always, there will be some of us that will be there from Fri to Sun, in the Holmes Bend Cabins.

    SO .... everybody just hang on a little while longer, and let me see about the pavilion rental, and I'll post an announcement when everything is finalized.

    Sounds good. That new meeting room and building is nice! Hope to maybe make a night or two in a cabin

    I was new to the even last year and now it’s the hilight of my year! I’m so excited to do it again! Hopefully it will be a little warmer this year... the shade/wind was pretty chilly last time lol

    I have made some good friends at the flings. I used to be a bass fisherman but converted over to crappie. Didn't know much about crappie fishing from the start and have learn so much from Crappie.com and the friends I've made. I love to fish Green River one of my favorites lakes. This year besides my fudge & Coffee going to bring my corn hole boards which I have name them Crappie hole boards. Cannot hardly wait to see every one. Always have a great time.
