What ramp in winter??
Water level?

According to the COE Lake Level site ( Rough River Lake ) ... Rough is 22.4ft over Winter Pool (almost back to Summer Pool). But, then it's been high since the 1st of Nov

Rough has a 9" size limit - 20/day/person creel limit.

That's really all I can tell you, as I don't venture down there.

I’m from Rough River (but live in WKY now) and while I’ve heard decent reports this year, if I was going to travel 2 hours I’d go to Reelfoot. Went yesterday and had a pretty decent day.
