Spider rigged double minnow rigs in 10-18 feet of water and only had 18 when we left at 1. I feel like they were probably biting better than that. Maybe should have moved more or fished deeper?? Maybe jigs?
Anyone else fish over there today? Worst day by far I've had there in quite some time

I didnt fish yesterday but sunday we caught most of ours on jigs. And we caught twice as many between 2 30 and 5 00 as we did from 10 to 2 30.

I wish I could have stayed and tried the afternoon bite. Just didn't fit into the schedule

Not a bad day I suppose lol. Just had better expectations. That's part of the problem, expectations. Each day we have to spend fishing is a blessing in itself!

You are right it is a blessing to be able to fish. I just hope I get to go Monday and catch them.
