I hope I never have another one of those moments. I’ve had a few in the past. That looks a lot like a Storm Cat. Decals are different.

I will be happy to get back on the lake.

I had my 2-week check-up today. I’ve had extreme pain in my left groin and leg for a week. Turns out to be an inflamed nerve. Seems that is a common issue with my kind of surgery and should go away soon on its on. I was given a script for cortisone to calm things down. My incisions look great and my raw spots are healing in.

Dr is very pleased and I was released to drive when I’m not taking pain meds. Right now I don’t have any immediate plans that call for me to drive.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

The best advice Vicki or I either might have is be sure you have a comfortable recliner chair to sleep in for a while after your surgery. Believe both of us it will make things way easier. Having it in the bedroom makes it even better. Vicki bought an electric motorized leather recliner right before her carotid artery surgery. Money well spent.
