    Default I知 on the mend

Yesterday I was enjoying my post-therapy chemical induced kick-back time when all of a sudden I hear pounding on a door. From where I was sitting it could be coming from any of 4 doors. When I located the source , I found it was just Cuz (rnvinc) coming by to check on me. We enjoyed a nice BS time.

This AM I convinced Vicki to haul me to JoJo痴 for a grilled tenderloin feast. Name: IMG_2407.jpg

I知 feeling better but therapy is brutal, just the way I need it to be.

Breakfast looks great...glad you are doing well but if you keep eating like that your gonna wear out your new knee and your other knee....I am just picking on you...I could lose some weight too
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Funny you mention the plate G. I actually brought about 1/2 of it home for leftovers. I had lost 12 pounds prior to the surgery and have continued to lose after the knee surgery. My spine Dr has told me how much better my recovery will be with less weight.

Rest assured my breakfast today was by far the largest meal I致e had in 2 weeks.

Awesome to hear your recovery and your appetite are heading toward normalcy. I am waiting for supper to be ready... and do agree that plate of food did look pretty awesome too.
You can't keep a good man down for long. Heck, you'll be doing anything you want to do in a couple of more weeks... and better than ever too.
