Looking for a 14’ deep V hull

A good friend of mine on KY Lake is looking for a small 14’ foot deep v boat with a small (5-10) horsepower tiller outboard for his son. He promised his son that if he successfully completed his safe boater course, that he would get him a small boat to piddle around with near their home in the back of Big Bear. Willing to travel if he can find something that works for him. Anyone seen anything recently that matches this description?

Less than $3,000. Something for his son to tinker with and learn outboard maintenance/repair. I commend him for putting him through a boater safety course.

I've got a 16ft Basstracker Vhull with a newer 20hp Tohatsu. It has a trolling motor, livewell, tiller motor, etc. I've caught some big fish out of it.

$3,000 and it's his!
