Update on pavilion facilities.

I checked out the facilities yesterday after coming off the lake. The pavilion area and the roadsides to the pavilion have been mowed. The roadsides leading in offer plenty of parking spaces with large shoulders on each side with gentle sloping. For the cookers, there is a hydrant close to the grills for any water needs. The area to the east of the pavilion where the boats will be set up was mowed large enough that there is plenty of room for the attendees to check the boats out without crowding each other.

Just a reminder to bring chairs. In the words of my Drill Instructor, its better to have and not need than to need and not have. Well, thats the cleaned up version. His wording is unprintable here.

Jamie is bringing plates and utensils for 100 plus.

I’m gonna be there between 7:30 and 8:00. Bringing 10 bags of ice. It free ! Also Doug ask me to bring a roll of 55;gal trash bags if need anything else just post !

Its seems to be coming together guys and i appreciate it. If you still like to bring something feel free to jump in. If someone wants to bring two large bags of charcoal for the guys cooking the meat that will be great. If not, i will bring enough, just post up here. Anyone that wishes to bring the ice cream, that will be fine too. just remember you will have to ice it down well in a good cooler. just post if you are bringing any.

I believe two shop size fans are being brought but if anyone wants to bring additional large fans feel free too. If you do bring an extension cord with it. I will think to bring a power strip to assist in plug in options. I believe there are seven outlets at the pavilion.
