May try it Friday afternoon. Don't like the 20+ mph wind and dropping water but only chance I'll have for the next week or two. Will let you know how it goes

Got to the lake about 1 today. Color is good but it was windy up until almost dark. Water was around 55 degrees. Caught 21 keepers (10 inches now, nicer fish) and a lot of 9-9&3/4 inch fish. Fish were suspended about 10-12 feet deep. Not a bad day considering wind and dropping water.
    Take care,
    Greenfish

The wind had to be brutal. You did very well with high water and high wind. Where did you put in?

We put in at settlers trace and it was a little tricky. Could just barely tell where the ramp began. And courtesy dock is floating, walkway is not, so cannot use it yet.
We mostly spider rigged but used some slipfloats as well. Wind was brutal!! Lol
