Default Got it home, now what?

Vicki and I took the day and drove down to West Memphis, AR to meet Bill at Big River Marine and pick up our new Excel Bay Pro 203.

It was great meeting Bill. He gave me a great deal and was a pleasure to work with. We got all the paperwork done and signed, checked everything out and got it hooked up. The trip home was uneventful till I answered my phone while we were eating supper in Union City,TN. Seemed I had a buck to cape out waiting for me as soon as I rolled into town. We took the boat by the house backed it into the driveway then found out I had missed my measurements by several inches and the garage door won't close in it's present form. I think some modifications are in order. I tried to talk Vicki into letting me take a chain saw to the exterior wall of her sewing room so I could fix it like Cajun Fryer fixed his garage. She mumbled something about a divorce being more expensive than the boat so I thought better of that.

Now Rickie get to show his magic touch on mounting the electronics and I get to rig the rest. With deer season in full swing and I just got in a Mid-Asian Ibex to mount along with the deer, it's going to be busy around my place. Wish us luck.

Sweet looking ride Doug! Can't wait to see this thing on the water.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

Have you tried turning the motor all the way to one side to gain a few inches.

If you cut a hole in the garage side of the drywall but not the sewing room, that'll give ya 3-3/4" If the girls don't find ya good lookin, they should atleast find ya handy.

Great looking boat! I had to convert my trailer to a folding tongue to fit the garage. Much cheaper than the divorce by chain saw!!!
Just get up and "gofishin". The fish are waiting!
