Does anybody fish from one of these or similar bought a kayak last year and wasn’t happy with it. First time out with this had me my wife boy and dog all in and moving around except my wife she stayed put and it was riding high and dry and very stable. Yes definitely overloaded but we were on our pond testing the limits

Hmmm, I’m intrigued. Never seen that before.

It is incredibly stable but heavy guess that’s the trade off. I need a cart to wheel it but seemed to paddle pretty well definitely not a boat to take long trips in. It is rated for up to a two hp motor which is in the future along with the extra seat. Also won’t be nervous to mount my livescope in it. Was afraid to put it in my kayak before.

I’d put a 40 lb thrust foot controlled Minn Kota and be good to go

i'm sure it is very stable, however I'm also sure it is a boar to turn or paddle long distance. Both are no to me. For small pond, or possible motor use, it might fit someone's application.

I've never seen one of those either. Interesting boat. With the seat back that far I would expect it to ride bow high and maybe be a bit difficult to manage on a windy day. And as you said it's not for paddling any distance. But it looks like a very stable platform. I would definitely go with some sort of motor.

It does raise the bow when alone paddles easier knelt in the center or seat centered but with the boy up front or even just the dog it levels out. Was out in the wind today definitely moved me around but wasn’t impossible to use. I’m thinking get a quick mount and a hopefully used terrova and cut the shaft way down mount it up front. So far really liking it but missing my spot lock and electronics on my boat. Eventually it’ll have everything on it and weight 400#. It’ll still get lots of use
