    Default Cheap paddle

I left my paddle the last time I went. It was just a cheap lifetime that came with my kayak. But it worked fine to me. Because of some unexpected expenses I can’t afford a real expensive one. So what do y’all recommend?

Just some options that come to mind, try checking online for used if money is tight. Might could find a nicer one cheap that would work good. Used sporting good store anywhere nearby? Also Walmart has some pretty inexpensively if you aren’t to picky. I like bending branches paddles personally.

Lots of other brands of good paddles. My buddy has a field and stream paddle they like as well as an aqua bound paddle. When I first got into kayak fishing I read to put money into PFD and paddle. That is what I did. Now I have a pedal kayak I don't use the paddle much but have it for when I need it.

I got a lifetime tamarac a while back. Only kayak I’ve ever been in and the paddle that came with it is the only one I’ve ever used. It got me where I was going and that’s all that mattered to me. lol. But I’m wanting a good one. May wait till I upgrade on a yak though.

That was my first kayak as well. The cheap paddle that came with mine leaked and got water inside and was heavy and would sink. I quickly upgraded and bought the other. If the original didn't leak I would probably have kept using it. My wife's paddle that came with her lifetime kayak was much better and is still being used by her.

Yes, I've used it many times. Also snagged several others lures from trees!
