Thread: Canoe Reconnaissance Mission...

We all wish we could just jump in and fish whenever and wherever we wish. Well the word from the Top Brass say "It ain't so Joe!". So you know to be able to run these missions to find the wayward crappie with skill and expertise, exploration missions must be made. The time for dancing a jig next to our favorite stump on our favorite lake has come and gone. It's time to move on to fresh new lakes! Lakes with the history and stories yet to be told! Simply put gentlemen, it's time to find us some new fishing holes!...

Unfortunately, we were not able to take the canoe on this camping trip. It was set aside to celebrate my wife and I anniversary of 30 years! We were not only trying to social distance ourselves from everyone else on the planet but also do a little Recon Mission looking for some new bodies of water to fish with the canoe. The 30 year anniversary was priority and the Recon Excursion was a mandatory second. It was a great get-a-way plus we found a few spots that were a nice drive from the house. It's good to get out and stretch your legs especially during this pandemic threat. So be safe and go find ya a new fishing hole to explore. Fish On!
