Got a Garmin for the yak back in January, finally got around to putting it on. Used the existing rod holder for a base, just needed a angle bracket and piece of wood to mount it. Set up the ducer in the rear scupper hole, fit pretty good and tucked up out of the way. Tried several spots for the battery inside, but none worked to well, so strapped an ammo can behind the seat, makes it easier to get to the battery anyway. Just need to get out and try it now, pretty happy how it turned out.

Very nice that looks good. Transducer did fit good, almost like made for it.

Nice use of your scupper hole. I did something similar back when I had my O.K. Big Game II. The only disadvantage is you want to watch your fish finder more and more when it's better just to put a hook in the water and get back to fishing! Enjoy!
