Are you comfy in it for a long time? Have you done any/a lot of mods to it? I see a bunch of people doing some really cool mods to these little boats on You Tube!
Do you have a gas motor on it/what size/how quick is it? What size/brand trolling motor do you have? Is it enough in wind, etc. ?
From the research I've done so far I think Bass Hunter is top of the food chain in build quality. I think the 120 would feel a lot bigger than the Bass Baby which is 2ft shorter.
The Pelican Bass Raider 10E also seems to be very popular. Haven't seen anything bad about it.

Don't care for the Jon boat lookin one...but the Bass Raider 10E is a real possibility. Amazon wants way too much though, I found it at Academy for $640 and Bass Pro $650, both on line. Lots of those out there, I think, can probably find a good used one less than that.

I fish out of one every spring when water is high and also use it in small lakes or ponds. Very convenient and weighs about 100# so I can load and unload it by myself. I got the 8' sun dolphin from Home Depot actually. $500 free shipping, added a 2.5 Suzuki and pushes it at about 6 or 7 mph which is fine by me. 30# trolling motor and battery works well. The seats leave a bit to be desired though.

Cool! Looks like fun. Do you feel like you have plenty of room in the 8ft? I was looking at a 10ft because I thought a 8ft might be too cramped.

It's ideal for one, I can and have fished two from the 8 footer, but yes super cramped. The 10 footers are your best bet if planning on going with company on most outings. If I ever get a 10' I will go to a small trailer to tow it on, getting to long in the tooth to deal with the weight of that one in my pictures

You got that right! I'm thinking of a 5 x 10 flat bed utility trailer. I saw one on You Tube that a guy carpeted, then put two sets of rollers on it. They came up about 1/2 the way and carpeted a couple of 2 x 8s to be level with the rollers. He could walk on the trailer, pick up the nose of the boat to the rollers, walk it back up on the trailer, and the front 1/2 of the boat sat on the carpeted "bunks". Clipped a couple of straps on and away you go! I thought it was a real slick rig!

You got a really nice boat!

I just found them on eTrailer.com. They are called "roller bunks" and this pair is 4ft long!

I put seat bases on mine. I can put my good seat in it. It’s helps a lot.

Mine has the swivel (universal) seat bases on the seat frames. I just been holding out until I wore the plastic ones out completely. After 4 years they are about there. I have a millennium B100 I will throw on base next spring. Just was throwing that out there that new or better seats will be needed for comfort on the sun dolphins to upgrade from the factory plastic seats that come with it.

For those that have a small motor in the back, are you always launching from a ramp?

What about ponds that do not have a ramp or where you may have to walk your rig to?

I'm trying to decide between a very small boat vs a kayak.

I have a set of wheels that I can attach to were the outboard attaches. I can then turn my boat upside down and walk it anywhere I need it. The biggest improvement I made to my two man was to add a foot control trolling motor switch. I just have to bump it with my foot to keep the boat in position. It works much better than having to fiddle with the hand control. A two man bass boat is weighs a hell of a lot more than a kayak so it really boils down to what type of fishing you do.
