    I use an old window weight for an anchor, which works great. It hasn't hung on anything in all the years I've used it. It only cost me rope and the time to tie it in.

    Thanks my wife just got me Kayak for Christmas. I had the anchor already I'm going to rig mine up this way. Video was very informative.
