    fun times in a shaded area...Harbor Freight one/two suction cups w/handle(moistened the cups & concrete) should work, then tie off to handle. I know the more expensive s/c with the vacuum pump button would work= good luck. Necessity is the Mother of invention!

    Well what ever method you use, if you show it in a video, someone will copy it...
