    Default pulled the trigger today,

found me a steal of a buy today, I found a near new Tahoma 100 10' kayak for sale for 50.00. No scratches, no extra holes, and I jumped all over it. Don't really care for that awful bright green color, but for 50.00, I can get over it. going to accessorize it for fishing...

Awesome find! That's what my wife has and it is basically like the Tamarack except rod holders and extra hatch. I have seen them spray painted but I don't think I would bother. Depending on where you go might like knowing hard for others to not see you!

I am not feeling well, but force myself to get out, and was over at academy yesterday looking around. They had a pelican something or other I almost got. Glad I held off as I saved over 200.00. They have quite a bit of accessories for kayaks. Plus what ever hacks I can come up with...

That’s awesome. I have a tamarac and love it so far. Now go get some slabs with it.

That's right, a I am not passing this deal up...As far as where I am at, I live in N.W. Springfield, Mo about 1 mile west of Mo. hyw 13 also known as Kansas express way. About 34 miles away is the southern end of Stockton Lake, About 12 miles, give or take a mile or two is Fellows Lake, I have Springfield Lake across town along with the James River that feeds it, not real sure on the distance as I've never been there is Pomme De Terre Lake, and several creeks around here...Yep, just a place or two to get off the bank now and fish.
SuperDave336, yes, I already plan on that upgrade for sure...Stadium seat like the one you have. Might need to look into costco shipping. A wheeled cart, probably home made from PVC pipe pool noodle padding and some tires from harbor freight. A couple of rod holders, fish/depth finder, etc.
Not going to get to far ahead of myself though...Momma says she don't think I can handle getting in and out with my bad back, but I got news, IT"S gonna happen...LOL.

Damion Kidd, that's my game plan... I have been stuck on shore too long. I am tired of watching guys in boats catching plenty of crappie just out of my casting distance by about 30 feet, and I ain't catching nothing...So when this popped up this morning I jumped all over it...Probably try it in the morning if there's no lightning in the area...

I was exactly like you. Then my wife surprised me in January for my birthday. Still getting used to it but loving it.
