    i used:

2- driftmaster V-Round Base Pro 202 B on the crossbar,

2- driftmaster Flat Rail Base Pro 201 B on the rails,

2- pcs of 1/2" all-thread 14" long each to bend for uprights. The electrical tape was just to help me keep reference on where to bend in vise.

2- packs of yakgear railblaza track mounting kit to mount the flat rail base to gear track.

All of this so I wouldn't have to drill any holes and so I can take it off and keep everything portable for hauling on top of jeep

So just one thing I had left to do was to get portable power for the ff. I found this at academy for $34. Charged it up and seems to run fine at least in the garage. I'll give it a test when it warms up to see how long it will last.
Weighs about 3lbs but seems very portable and I like the included sealed battery box that is already wired up. I'll just tuck it away up in the front hatch

So I finally got the yak out to water test.
Fished for about 3 hours on the water.

    1) Fish finder is amassing. Works great. Battery still had 12.5v at end. Homerun
    2) driftmaster rod holders and my setup works great. I on the other-hand am not skilled enough to man 4- 12'rods, watch fish finder, paddle, and land fish at the same time. More practice may be necessary.
    3) I took a minnow bucket with me but could not find adequate room for it that was in close enough proximity to be useful or comfortable enough to manage. Jigs it is!

More to come as I get a chance to hone my skills.
