With the current conditions and the forecast I think everybody in Kansas Oklahoma and Texas and Missouri are scratching their heads.

We have been fishing small, city, or county lakes. Lakes that have an overflow, Douglas County, Gardner Lake, Olathe Lake, Miami County. Any Lake that isn't an Army Corps Lake. Lacygne Would be a good one as well.

Lots of crappie in Gardner if you don't mind keeper smaller 7-9 inch fish. There's no length limit and you can keep 50. They need thinned out so maybe they'll get bigger. Douglas is pretty much the same way but a little more difficult to fish because of all the weeds.
