Default Chase State Fishing Lake 8/3/2018

Was in the area and stopped at Chase lake to see how the lake was doing. Water way down, could probably launch my tin boat if I got my feet wet, never seen it this low.

I was at Chase SFL Thursday, August 2nd. I launched my 20 foot flat bottom work boat loaded with 1,500 pounds of fish feed and kept my feet dry! Didn't have any issues with the tandem axle trailer while launching/loading. The end of the ramp is roughly even with the end of the "floating" dock. The KDWPT Public Lands Manager has been adding rock to the end of the ramp to keep the boat ramp somewhat functional. Remember that the conditions can change quickly so USE CAUTION WHEN LAUNCHING!!

Thanks for posting the report DRFISHDUCK!

Its definetely dry. Neighbor has been hauling water to his cattle since the pond in that pasture went dry.
