    Default Hillsdale Sat 4/23

Fished in the afternoon (2 - 5:30p) at Wade's Branch. Only found 1 keeper crappie... slip bobber pegged at 8'. Fishing Minnows. Got into some White Bass. Thats 'Bout it.

Sunday I fished my neighborhood pond/lake. Found some small males (7-9") in 12 fow, slow rolling a road runner head with a shad/chartreuse twister tail grub.

Hopefully they start moving in over the next week. READY TO FILL MY FREEZER

I went out Saturday afternoon/evening as well, didn't do any good. I was fishing the northern part of the lake in a couple of spots, caught a few small ones. No one seemed to be doing well. I was fishing a little more shallow than that. I generally like to hit Wade's Branch but it looked like the wind was blowing in that direction. I went Friday night and caught 6 keepers in a hour, so go figure.

I am with you, i am ready for them to start hitting. I will probably make a run down one night this week, if the weather cooperates.

Same here, we fished friday night - Sunday morning at different times camping at Scott's creek. Not much happening. Last weekend was better. They will come back in.

We fished hard from 3 to 7 and cleaned 11… very scatter and all over the place. Best bite came from fish suspend in the channels.
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

Thanks for the update. Yeah, i agree, I would guess they come back in this week. I haven't really fished the campground area at all. I will have to give it a try here soon, it is just a little more effort for me to get too and I am kind of a creature of habit.
