I was wondering the same thing...sorry haven't heard any reports yet, but did have someone tell me the crappie aren't as plentiful as past years there.

Well spent most of a week there and got little over a dozen Crappie some were found shallow as a few feet and others were still in 15 to 20. When I left Sunday fish were just starting to be caught shallow by some anglers that I observed. Ended up spending most my of my trip there going after walleye which were biting very well on the flats and the humps. Lots of short fish but very entertaining.

LOL Dave didn't really take allot of pics on this trip was pretty slow on the crappie side of things. The biggest one I got was 13" which I have been getting bigger out of some private ponds this year. Really the highlight of my trip was the stripers that I got into at Wilson in the yak which hit like a ton on bricks even though they were little on the skinny side. Probably would have been more productive atleast for now @ Milford.

Those stripers at Wilson are poor looking at best. Skinny as a rail. Fun to catch but man I was disappointed seeing their condition last weekend.

I agree hope whatever is going on there gets better soon. Game and parks stocked over 50,000 redear sunfsh there last year hopefully they take and supply more much needed forage.
