    I'll be out at perry with my kids, slough bridge area. Crappies were on like Donkey Kong early last week. Went back Saturday afternoon, and was only able to scratched out 11 keepers with 30 or so shorts. Not bad given a stiff NE wind. 19-23 ft in the channel with brush did me right. Couldn't get many quality bites in piles off the channel. Water was 48* when I left the lake Sat. Say 'Hi' if you see a black Xpress out there.
