    Default fishing tomorrow?

Anyone hitting the water in the morning? Planning on going to fort scott lake in the morning. I hope the crappie bite is better than last weekend in missouri was, tough to say the least. Good luck guys.

Hope you had better luck than I did chatt. Caught lots of shorts, never found the better eaters, gave up after getting tired of fighting the wind and waves. Only had a couple worth eating so let them go for another day.

Didn't hit the lake till noon. North West wind kept me close to marina cove. Also a small crappie tournament going on. Not wanting to bouy anything, used the 'Point 1' antenna to keep me near piles on a drop off and caught a few. Guiding tomorrow and will give details after. <*)}}}><

Better day today, kept 31 eaters from 9.5 to 11" for my friend that has his family coming in and wanted some fish to fry. Lots of action using stingers 1.5 and 2" size. Had to get down in the bottom of the brush for the better quality fish. Fished brushpiles in 12 to 22 feet of water, best colors were white/chart, salt and pepper/chart.

Had Grandparents & a 10 & 11 yr. old brothers. Fished small piles 24 ft deep on breaks. K-riggs kept busy. Not many keepers. Did clean 12. <*)}}}><

Were they over the brush or all the way down in it? Seems like my last 3 trips to get bit I had to get down in the brush. That pattern keeps up I'm gonna have to buy jig heads in bulk!
