Sacred Heart of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death. AMEN
For those who believe, no explanation is necessary....for those who don't, no explanation is possible
For the sake of his sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and the whole world
Not a shocker. They will be in every body of water in this state. Its going to happen. People are lazy.

Figured it was just a matter of time. Haven't seen any myself yet. No more moving fish. Ponds clean. Bites horrible.
The only surprise is what took so long? KDWP efforts to prevent the spread were weak, lackluster, & wasted. Only close supervision would of slowed the infestation to our home waters. Possibly heated wash stations with an attendant at the first couple infected body's of water could of helped curb the spread but it was not going to be stopped. I personally knew casual fishermen coming from an infected lake to Hillsdale and when asked if they rinsed and dried they looked as if they didn't have a clue. Truman will follow suit within the year with the rest of the Missouri gems to follow.
Your right need to enforce and pay some money to keep your lake clean. Colorado does this. Kansas lakes were lost due to the lack of commitment of Kdwp

This past weekend I saw 100's of boats taken out of Clinton with no efforts to drain them. Most were pleasure boats. Why wasn't KDWP personnel there letting people know about what they where hauling off to other lakes?
