    Default Oologah trip


    Not the best trip, Wed Wind so strong could not fish where we wanted in morning, We caught 8 the big one pictured, other 7 from 3 to 10 pounds. Thur light wind shifting from South to North. Caught two fish of around 9 pounds only two bites we had. Not to bad but was hoping for better. Name:  bluecat.JPG

    NICE fish!!! Filets will be excellent being they never got warm. Headed out to Glen Sun. thru Tues. Getting warm gear together. <*)}}}><

    Big fish went back into the lake, we cleaned the smaller fish. Blue cats fillets are really good. Best catfish for eatin.

    I would agree. My wife really dislikes the taste of channel cat but I have slipped in several blue cat nuggets while having walleye and she never knew the difference. She thought it was all walleye.
