    Thumbs up Jigs in action

I would really love to see a fellow angler who makes his/her own jigs post a you tube showing his/her experiences fishing that jig on the water. I see some great homemade jigs here but do they really work? Does anyone have links they would like to share with us that show a person (maybe yourself) fishing his own jig and the results he got. I would love to see you tubes that show how to make the jig at the bench and then how to fish the jig on the water. Thoughts?

we deftly could do a YouTube on making tubes without no problem it would be hard for me to do a video on open water the only thing that I would have would be a iPad and it would be very hard to hold the iPad in fish at the same time I will take it under deep consideration about making a video on making tubes they are fairly simple to make the industry . the big boys use rods for finishing nails or nails they put the rods or nails on boards and dip the nails and hot plastic . I use two different methods we do use nails also an injection molds to make them.

the amazing things about using tubes I have caught every warm water fish on them bluegills crappie bass both largemouth and smallmouth perch catfish squall finish the course anything else that swims in freshwater.
to add to this I have done the same with hand-tied jigs for many years over 55 years I have been using jigs.

Of course they work. Snake River and skiptomylu and others sell their jigs. If the jigs didn't work, nobody would buy them.

LedHed ties his own jigs and posts regularly on the Bream forum. I don't think he does Youtube videos, but he posts tons of pictures.

There are many thousands of fish through years that attest to the fact that home tied jigs catch fish. The color they will bite on is decided by the fish, at different times, days, and conditions their preference will vary. If seeing the action of the jig is your quest, find a swimming pool and vary your retrieves, just as a fisherman does at times, to observe presentation of the jig.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.

Well I don't do videos, but I do have a picture that will show what a Chartreuse/Blue/Chartreuse 1/32 Oz Roadrunner will do in the early spawn, maybe that will do?

You would be amazed how quick you can catch a fish on a regular 1/8 jig head with a piece of red yarn 3 inches long . They will all catch fish . Some just put them in better places . Heard a fellow say the best elephant hunter in the world must hunt the zoo if to be successful in Tennessee . lol
