Yes and you can get the foam sheets at Hobby Lobby or other stores like that. You can get the sheets in different thickness so don't buy the thinnest ones, but the thicker ones, I would say at least 1/8" thick, but even a little more would be better. Also when you put your jigs in the boxes make sure to think about how the small box goes into the large one and how it will sit when not in use. You want the hook point to stay pointing down when just sitting there. You don't want gravity pulling on them 24/7 in the direction of taking them out. Most of mine have stayed like I put them in, but some that I didn't really put in good, fell out inside the little box, but not many, but can happen if you don't do a good job.

A lot of guys who tie big flies will glue a computer mouse pad in the bottom of an old vcr vox and cut sits in it. Just put the hook in the slit, and it will hold the jig. You could also glue it in the bottom of a plano box without dividers. Also, feather craft sells pre-ct foam with adhesive on the back.

On the site is a suggestion of using a Walmart exercise mat cut to fit plano box. I am currently using it for one box. Works very well, just a little difficult sticking the hooks into the mat, but; is a good idea. Pop
