    Default Shad or Sun Perch

Sometimes they want a tasty sun perch, other times just a plain old shad will do!

You guys over in La country sure like that Kiptail for sure! Tying some of them for a guy over there taught me about it. It happened when I tied out a couple samples I made and was surprised how well they did!

I usually use pink/chartreuse, but I went with a friend a few weeks ago that proved to me that they'll bite orange too! Hey, I'm a quick learner when you are wearing me out

That's about all I tie with. I've tried that fake fur stuff, and it just don't look good to me......personal preference I reckon! I get lots of great ideas from you guys on this forum.

Thanks! I know when I clean fish, they are always full of shad. Hard to argue with that isn't it! Although, I must admit I rarely fish with it, pink/chartreuse usually does it for me. It's just a confidence thing I believe.

Good lookin baits. Really like the eyeball shad. Have to drag out my tails now and tie a few.
