    Default Taking a Break

Yep, been doing a lot of research on parts, methods and other info on refurbishing my 1980 Ebbtide Dyna-Trak 160, (BOAT IN Avatar). These are some 1/80oz jige with #8 hooks. I used some Squirrel tail for the longer hairs, the green is rabbit hair I cut from a zonker strip. The jig on the top has a tiny bit of squirrel that was dyed red while the one on the bottom red is craft fur. The one in the center is straight squirrel tail...I have to do something to stay occupied waiting on Uncle Sam.

Nice, I like the one on the bottom for the shorter length. They all will work. Hopefully Uncle Sam gets in gear faster soon.

Good work Eric. They’ll put fish in the boat. I tie some similar but with a smaller hook and they keep me busy.
