    Default Some mini jigs

I found some vmc tiny jig hooks that are even smaller than my #12 sickles, probably size 14, so I poured some 1/80 ball heads and chubs with them and painted them with Barlows Nova Stone paints in the colors tequila Sunset, Lava Craw and Sunburst. The finished jigs are 5/8-3/4" in length. I like using tiny stuff like this when bluegill and redear set up on their beds and right after the spawn when there is all kinds of tiny fish babies. Not sure what picture you are talking about but they were tied with duck feathers, grizzly marabou and Canadian pine squirrel.

Those look really good Jim. The penny really helps to show size.

I like the Nova stone paint but think it's more for bass jigs which I make quite a bit. Won't use it much for crappie jigs except maybe brush tap some on top of other colors.
