    y'all remember I am the "Flymoron" LOL, I thought I was hitting my hook point but that's not it, I am using 210 flat was.

    Check your bobbin. Either side of the tube may have a small nick that will cause fraying.

    Yep it is going to be the tip of your bobbin. This is the reason why spending a little more for a ceramic tip bobbin is worth the expense.

    Time for a new bobbin,,,I’ve lost my tips many time,,,,best to find one with a polished stainless steel tip instead of a cermamic or plastic one,,,,they last.
