    Default This year sucks


    Well no fishing at all this year!! Screwed my back again and in May I tried a trip to my Dads in Western NY for Memorial Day. The morning after I got there I was in the ER and then a week long hospital stay with some kind of bacterial infection in my leg. I haven't even felt like tying or any tackle craft.

    only fishing I'm getting is reading the boards! Hope your all having a great year!

    Wow what a rough patch. Hang in there rest and heal up and hopefully be back on water soon. I haven’t tied any since May but that just gives me a chance to fish some of the inventory that I already have.

    Hang in there my friend, they will get ya fixed up. I had that dern pneumonia in March and after two bouts in the HR I'm just getting to my feet. Still can't walk one city block. Gotta love these golden years. We will get get back again.

    Man that sucks. With you on this year sucks. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve fished this year due to being sick, then work and now sick again and work. Can’t even remember last time I’ve tied something.

    I was wondering what was up Doug, miss your posts. Sorry to hear about the gremlins that are messing with your fishing season. Hoping and praying that you get back in business soon. Dealing with some gremlins myself and I know it’s no fun. I’m lucky that I can get out close to home and relax and maybe catch a few. Stick with it Mister, looking forward to seeing you up and running.
