Yes you can make a Wax Worm imitation using the jig head with the collar that you sent me. I usually use the jig head without the collar in my You Tube videos but as you can see it is also possible to use those same techniques on the Jig head with the collar. Here is a photo of the Wax Worm jig made from balloon strips I just tied up.
