Lightbulb Tying a Bubblegum Ice Crappie Jig (Underwater Footage) - Hand Tied Jigs Ep. 1

This series is focused around the art of tying crappie jigs. I’ll show you a deadly hand tied crappie jig and underwater footage of it from my fish tank. If you want to see a certain color combination, leave a comment down below and I’ll try to make it in a future video!

Good video and jig. Sure did confuse me some with the whip finish. I think it might be easier for you if you switched hands on the tool and held it with your left hand. Just a suggestion. Great job. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the tip! I've always struggled with the whip finish but I'll try that method next time. I'm still pretty new but I'm learning new things every day. Thanks again!

    Nice color!

Yeah I would hold it in left hand as it appears you’re left handed in video. I also noticed you wrap thread towards you instead away from you which might be making it hard on you when tying off. I’ve never really paid attention to which direction others tie but I tie wrapping thread around jig away from me.

Your method of tying in the flash is very repeatable and leads to consistent quality. Nicely done.
